Transfer to a Bank Account from the Digital Wallet
The transfer page is intended for recipients who have received a personal link from the business to transfer funds from the business's digital wallet to a bank account. On this page, you can enter the destination account details and transfer amount, review the transaction details, verify it using a one-time code, and receive confirmation upon completion. Access is through the personal link and does not require additional sign-in.
Step 1 - Entering Recipient Details
At this stage, enter the details of the bank account to which the funds will be transferred.
Available Balance for Transfer
Displays the amount currently available for transfer from the digital wallet.
If the balance is NIS 0, an information screen will be displayed instead of the form, showing when you can check again.
Bank Number
Select the bank to which the funds will be transferred from the list of banks in Israel.
This is a required field.
Branch Number
Select the bank branch. The list of branches loads after you select the bank.
This is a required field.
Account Number
Enter the recipient's account number.
This is a required field. Enter digits only, without letters or special characters, and up to 50 digits.
Beneficiary Name
Enter the name of the account holder to whom the funds will be transferred.
This is a required field, and up to 50 characters can be entered.
Clear Form
Clicking the reset button at the top of the form deletes all entered details and allows you to start over.
Select from Recent Transfers
If previous transfers were completed successfully, you can select from up to five recent recipients and search by beneficiary name.
Selecting a recipient automatically fills in the bank, branch, account, and beneficiary name details and takes you directly to the amount entry stage.
This option is displayed only when previous transfers have been completed successfully.
Continue to Select Amount
The button becomes active after all required fields have been completed. Clicking it takes you to the amount entry stage.
Step 2 - Entering the Transfer Amount
Transfer Amount
Enter the amount to be transferred to the destination account in Israeli shekels.
This is a required field, and the amount must be greater than zero.
Transfer Description
Enter a brief description of the purpose of the transfer. The description will also appear on the final confirmation.
This is a required field, and up to 100 characters can be entered.
Estimated Processing Date
Displays the estimated date on which the bank is expected to process the transfer.
A request completed by 2:30 PM is expected to be processed on the next business day. A request completed after 2:30 PM is expected to be processed on the following business day.
Fridays, Saturdays, and Israeli holidays are not considered business days, so the date is updated automatically.
The date is estimated and recalculated until code verification is completed. If the date changes during the process, a notification will be displayed on the completion screen.
Continue to Confirmation
The button checks that the amount and description are valid and takes you to the request summary screen.
If any of the details are invalid, an error message will be displayed and you will not be able to continue.
Back
Returns to the previous stage without deleting the data already entered.
Step 3 - Reviewing Details and Sending a Verification Code
At this stage, a transfer summary is displayed, including the amount, beneficiary name, account details, transfer description, and estimated processing date.
Check that all details are correct before continuing.
Where to Send the Verification Code
Select a mobile phone number to which the verification code will be sent by text message. The number will be partially masked.
The list includes the phone numbers of users authorized to withdraw funds from the business's digital wallet.
If no available phone number is displayed, contact the business's account administrator to arrange the authorization.
Send Verification Code
After selecting a phone number, clicking the button sends a 6-digit verification code. The code is valid for 15 minutes.
When the request is sent for the first time, it is opened with the bank's system and the amount is allocated for the transfer.
Resending the code does not open an additional request with the bank; it sends a code for the same request.
Back
Returns to the amount entry stage.
Step 4 - Entering the Verification Code
Verification Code
Enter the 6-digit code received by text message.
After the sixth digit is entered, verification is performed automatically, and there is no need to click another button.
The code is valid for 15 minutes. A timer displayed on the screen shows the remaining time.
You can enter the code incorrectly up to 3 times. After 3 incorrect attempts, the request is blocked and you cannot continue. In this case, ask the business for a new link.
Resend Code
Sends another text message with a verification code to the selected phone number.
I Didn't Receive the Code
Sends another text message with a verification code to the selected phone number.
Cancel Request
Permanently cancels the transfer request and releases the allocated amount back to the available balance in the digital wallet.
After cancellation, you cannot return to the process. If a transfer is still required, contact the business to receive a new link.
Please Note
The verification code is personal. Do not provide it to anyone, including Cardcom representatives or business representatives. A request to provide the code may be an attempted fraud.
Step 5 - Completion and Downloading Confirmation
Transfer Details
After the transfer is completed, a final summary is displayed, including the reference number, amount, beneficiary name, account details, transfer description, and estimated processing date.
We recommend saving the reference number for future inquiries with the business or Cardcom.
If 2:30 PM has passed between entering the details and completing verification, a notification will be displayed indicating that the estimated processing date has been updated.
Cancellation Deadline
The completion screen specifies until when the transfer can be canceled with Cardcom.
The transfer can be canceled until 2:30 PM on the day before the actual processing date.
Download Confirmation
Clicking the button opens a PDF file containing the transfer details for saving or printing.
This option is available only after the transfer has been completed successfully.
Finish
If the business has configured a return page, clicking the button redirects you to it. Otherwise, you remain on the completion screen.
Special Status Screens
In some cases, an information screen will be displayed instead of the transfer form.

The link you opened is invalid or missing information.
