To activate the plugin, the following must be arranged with the Sales department (as well as with the credit card companies):

    1. Enable the Low Profile Page and Tokens modules in your subscription, at the level of the relevant terminals.
Contact our sales representatives by phone at 03-9436100, or by email at sales@secure.cardcom.co.il

    2. Set up a new terminal, or obtain an exemption for an existing terminal, to support “no-CVV” processing by the credit card companies. (Learn more)

To change the terminal authorization and allow “no-CVV” transactions, contact the acquiring credit card companies.
(* The requirement to set up a separate terminal depends on the credit card companies’ requirements regarding this matter.)

Required settings in the Cardcom-Payment-Gateway payment plugin for working with Woo-Subscriptions

    1. In the plugin, set the action to Charge and save token. (Essential for working with subscriptions)

    2. Configure your terminals accordingly: a primary terminal for the initial charge, and a secondary no-CVV terminal for recurring charges.
The primary terminal should be entered under Terminal Number, and the exempt terminal under Cvv Must Terminal Number.
(* If a secondary terminal is not configured, the plugin will attempt to charge the primary terminal for recurring subscription payments.)

    3. Leave the remaining settings as usual, including the API user, whether to issue a document, display in an iframe or redirect, and so on.
Follow the instructions in the main plugin guide (see below).

*The option to update payment details directly in the end customer’s personal area is not supported. This can be implemented through custom development by a programmer.

WooCommerce Subscriptions documentation for updating subscription details via the API is attached:
