How to configure the UpStroke WooCommerce One Click Upsell plugin to work with CardCom, including token settings, terminal routing, and troubleshooting paused upsell orders.

After purchasing WooFunnels (woofunnels),

log in to your personal account at buildwoofunnels.com
(new FunnelKit)

On the main page, enter SUPPORT

and submit a request for technical assistance.

In the request, ask for access to the One Click Upsell plugin that integrates with CardCom in Israel.

 

Plugin name:

UpStroke: WooCommerce One Click Upsell for CardCom

 

CardCom settings:

A token-based model is required.
To work with WooFunnels, configure Charge and save TOKEN.

In the One Click Upsell
settings:

When configuring the upsell products in WooFunnels, go to  Settings --> Order Settings

Merged with the main order.

 

This configuration creates a separate transaction for each action: 1—the initial transaction, and 2—the upsell transaction, with two separate invoices.

 

 

 

 

 

****Common issue—the business attempts to charge the customer, the original transaction order is successfully completed and closed in the Orders section,

but the order for the UPSELL product remains stuck in a pending state.

 

In this case, verify whether the upsell transaction was mistakenly charged through the primary terminal. If so, this means that the plugin is unable to route the upsell transaction to the token terminal, which does not require a CVV.

 

Solution: 

In CardCom, configure a rule that overrides the plugin settings and routes the transaction without a CVV to the correct terminal.

 

To do this, log in to our system and go to: Main -> Terminal List -> the primary terminal's menu -> Edit Terminal.

 

In the window that opens, find the option "Route transactions without CVV to terminal", select the token terminal that does not require a CVV, and save the settings.

 

After making this change, run a test to verify that everything is working properly.
