Issuing Refunds Through WooCommerce

Refunds can be issued directly from the order interface in WooCommerce.
Follow the steps below to perform this action:

1. Make sure an API password has been configured in the system in advance.

2. Then, go to the Orders tab in WooCommerce.

3. Select the order you want to refund.

4. Within the order, go to the Order Actions menu (on the right or left, depending on the interface language: Hebrew or English).

5. From the drop-down list, select one of the following options:

   • In Hebrew: "ביטול ומסמך זיכוי"

   • In English: "Refund transaction and generate a document"

6. The action will issue the refund and automatically generate the corresponding document.

   * Important note: When the charge operation type is CAPTURE CHARGE, the option to issue a refund from the order is unavailable.
